There may be people on your payroll, but employment may not cut it whenever it comes to creating and surviving a startup. You may need some people to work for it for longer timespans, without even complaining, without even taking money at first, without even you involved.

They’re your co-founders. They work as you, they want the business to survive and thrive like you, they even pay for some things out of their own pockets like you. They’re the people who are the reason your business exists, like you.

But, where and how can you find those people. Don’t they have some other things to do? Don’t they have a life even? Why would they do that much thing for you and your business?
